Finally got the book cover design, from my designer (who happens to be my niece). I am exuberated by the outcome after long brainstorming sessions with my family members, friends. This is the next big step in my journey to become a writer. I am sure you will also like the book cover. I am feeling the same joy when my son got admitted to the school.
There are numerous online tools like Canva.com, Edit.org, diybookcovers.com available to help you design a professional book cover. I prefer canva and diybookcovers. They are quite easy to use and provide you several templates, which you can customize. Even kdp.amazon.com also provides you with the option to create your book cover in case you are publishing it on kdp. But it has limited options but can be used to get ideas.
My first book will be available on amazon.com from 20th October, 2021 in both kindle as well as the paperback version. I have downloaded the template from kdp for converting the book into a paperback version. You can get detailed instructions from kdp to format it for both paperback and Kindle versions. Amazon kdp platform is the best platform if you wish to be a self publishing author
